Birthday in Beijing

As we went through immigration into China in Beijing the immigration officer while looking at my passport said in broken English "it is your birthday" and smiled. What a warm welcome to China!! We never went on Tienanmen Square but walked by and went into the Garden at the Forbidden City. We were looking for a certain tree where the Land of China was dedicated for the gospel.
